About the Role
Position Overview:
As a Client management and Business development intern , your primary role will be to establish and grow relationships with educational institutions, positioning Veyora as a trusted mental health services provider. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities. Your role is crucial in helping Veyora expand its reach and impact on student mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and onboard educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities) as clients for Veyora's psychological evaluation and mental health services.
2. Identify potential educational institutions and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, research, and cold outreach.
3. Engage with decision-makers (principals, administrators, and counselors) to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that Veyora offers.
4. Schedule and conduct presentations, meetings, and demos with key stakeholders at educational institutions to explain the benefits of partnering with Veyora.
5. Negotiate and close deals with educational institutions, securing long-term partnerships and collaborations.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
7. Collaborate closely with the Veyora team, including psychologists, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of services at client institutions.
8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
9. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance metrics to company leadership.
You shall receive a stipend of 10,000/ month + incentives for this Job Role
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experienced candidates preferred
Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Strong understanding of the educational sector and familiarity with the challenges schools and universities face regarding student mental health.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, counselors, and educational leaders.
Results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and a desire to exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in English and Hindi
