About the Role

Position Overview:
As a Psychologist at Veyora, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological evaluations, counseling, and mental health support. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, including students, young professionals, and individuals seeking mental health guidance. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, providing personalized counseling, and developing strategies to promote mental health and emotional well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments, both online and in-person (as required), for individuals, students, and professionals.
Provide personalized mental health counseling based on evaluations, addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, academic challenges, and career-related concerns.
Develop and implement personalized mental wellness plans and coping strategies for clients.
Collaborate with educational institutions to provide mental health support to students, including academic and emotional counseling.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
Stay updated on the latest psychological research and advancements to ensure the use of evidence-based practices.
Participate in Veyora’s ongoing research and development projects to improve mental health tools and methodologies.
Contribute to the development of mental health content, including blogs, articles, and resources, to raise awareness and educate the public.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.

  • Valid license or certification as a psychologist.

  • Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling services.

  • Strong understanding of various psychological conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and learning difficulties.

  • Ability to develop personalized treatment and wellness plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Passion for mental health awareness and breaking the stigma around mental health issues.

  • Familiarity with online counseling platforms and remote service delivery is a plus.

  • Experience in working with students or in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
